In Memory of Oliver L Kapsner
Oliver Kapsner was born July 2nd, 1929 and passed away June 4th, 1997. Oliver
was a charter member of The Rogers Area Lion Club club. He was Club Treasurer
for many years and named "Citizen of the Year" in 1978. In recognition of the many
selfless years of service that Oliver contributed to the Rogers Area Lion Club, the
"Oliver Kapsner" award was created in his memory the year that he passes. Fittingly
enough, Oliver was the first recipient of the Oliver Kapsner Award in 1997.
